This really depends on what the project entails. For a major kitchen remodel, for example, there will be some downtime where you will not have use of your kitchen. We strive to keep tight timelines so you aren’t inconvenienced more than necessary.
Most large remodeling projects do require a permit, but Mega Construction Services can help you with this process. When you schedule your free in-home estimate, we can get a better understanding of the scope of the project, and can help you understand whether or not a permit will be required.
Our projects are calculated either on a time and materials basis or it will be a firm bid price. This will be discussed with you during our bidding process.
We will give you a basic idea based on the work involved in your project and we try and get it done for you as quickly as possible.
